Emily chairs the panel discussion at Chatham House on the topic of 'Who Runs the Internet'
Emily Taylor is CEO of Oxford Information Labs. She is an Associate Fellow of Chatham House and is Editor of the Journal of Cyber Policy. She is a founder of ICANN accredited registrar, Oxford Information Labs Limited. A lawyer by training, Emily has worked in the Internet sector for nearly 20 years.
