Tabletop Exercise: Building a Whole-System Response to Scams
An interactive tabletop exercise hosted by OXIL Research
OXIL Research invites you to take part in an interactive tabletop exercise exploring what a genuinely whole-system response to scams could look like.
Scams are now among the most common crimes experienced in the UK, yet they remain among the least effectively disrupted. A single scam is often visible in fragments to several organisations at once — but those fragments are rarely brought together effectively or in real time.
About the Exercise
This session examines how a single scam affects the different organisations it touches, where hidden intervention opportunities arise, and what a whole-system response requires to better protect the people being targeted.
- All organisations, individuals, and events in the scenario are fictional.
- No advance preparation is required.
- Places are limited to ensure active participation.
